Shipping Methods

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. We aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.


Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.


The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is generally 15–30 days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.


Shipping Fee


We charge a flat shipping fee of $5 USD per order. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.


Please note that customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country, if applicable.

• Due to customs clearance procedures and international logistics arrangements, standard shipping may take approximately 7 days or more before entering the delivery stage.


• All estimated delivery times are based on real shipping data collected from previous orders and are provided for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping destination and logistics conditions.


• Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, peak seasons, or special events, when manufacturers and courier services may operate on limited schedules. These situations are beyond our control, but normal operations will resume as soon as possible after the holiday period.


• After your order has been shipped, it may take several days for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system. If the tracking information does not appear immediately, please check again later.


• In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Cancellation Policy


Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.


Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the product.
